Taman Nusa, Bali

Do you remember Taman Mini Indonesia Indah in Jakarta? When i was kid, i usually went to this place for picnic with family. Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (Beautiful Indonesia in Miniature Park) is a culture based recreational area located in East Jakarta, Indonesia. This park has 26  replicas of Indonesia traditional houses from Aceh, Sulwaesi, Java, Kalimantan, Maluku, Papua, etc. These houses are displaying the history, arts and crafts, traditions of each of the provinces. 



If you guys are staying in Jakarta you can directly come and visit this place, for you are staying in Bali, now Bali has Taman Nusa. It is a same cultural park which also displaying kaleidoscope of traditional houses from many different islands in Indonesia archipelago. It is located on 15 hectares of land on the lush mountain side near the Gianyar city, at Jalan Taman Bali Banjarangka, Banjar Blahpane Kelod,  Sidan Village, Gianyar Bali. When i spent my time over there, i saw that the architecture of the traditional houses of the various islands of Indonesia was very impressive. They also offered me for some free drink when i stop for a little rest, in the middle of the park. Actually for meals you are not allowed to bring them in the park, you can buy everything inside  at the cafe. 





This place is very recomended for visitors who have limited time to visit and explore Indonesia islands in one time. You just need only one and half hour to get this place driving by car from Denpasar city. Enjoy the trip!
